OUR TEAM

We often describe the chef’s cuisine as a fusion between French and Japanese Cuisine. Sola’s team is also a fusion between various personalities, each representing an important part of the story. Our common goal is to create emotions and deliver you a unique experience. We are aiming to make you discover the chef’s philosophy and his savoir-faire, while also looking to fill this magical place that is Sola with positive energy.

 

We could describe our team as a family, in constant evolution. Kitchen or service, we are all part of that same family. We get inspired together and create together. Each and every one of us is aiming to make you experience Sola as she/he lives it.
